I particularly liked seeing you have incorporated soft skills as a portion of his intern learning experience.  My observation over that past years has been that this is an area that is often overlooked for people pursuing a technical career.  VERY smart people technically, but they have a difficult time communicating their brilliance to anyone outside of the technical arena.  In today's world, that is a very necessary skill. We will be focusing on this area with Patrick during his stay here giving it equal importance to the improvement of his technical expertise.
